OUR BEERS

GERMAN LAGER

Our German lager is made using an original technique that gives a smooth, clean lightly fruit beer with low hops. A lemon and biscuit bread flavour, with a creamy mouthfeel, and a dry lime zest finish. 

CZECH PILSNER

Our Czech-style Pilsner is a journey back in time, an homage to the original high quality, crisp and mouthwatering style. 

RED-ISH RED IPA 

While this beer just didn't want to be a true red, we know you'll love the flavours of this Red-ish IPA. Flavours of red currants, white grapes, and citrus peels Hops used: Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy

CZECH DARK LAGER

Brimming with enough character to stand up to rich roasted foods, it still leaves you wanting a couple more! Creamy, smooth, and light bodied with a dark chocolaty finish. 

NEON NECTAR HAZY IPA

Juicy, tropical, pineapple, mango and passionfruit flavours with a light bitterness at the end. Creamy, yet light enough to ask for more!

JUNGLE BIRD
NEGRONI INSPIRED ALE WITH PINEAPPLE

We spiced up a strong 7.6% abv ale, aged it on botanicals from Woods Distilling, added pineapple and lime, then put it on nitro for a soft creamy foam. All to emulate this complex cocktail based on Rum, Campari, and magic.

 

 

DEVILS TOASTED NUTS
DOUBLE NUT BROWN ALE  

When the pilot batch for this nut brown ale was first created 10 years ago, a mistake resulted in a 6.66% ABV, thereby making it a double. After being aged on toasted oak, the beer named itself. The Devils toasted Nuts has been stealing souls ever since with its malty, nutty taste, and long smooth finish. (Contains no nuts!)

SMOKED PINEAPPLE MEZCAL SOUR

This Mexican Cocktail Inspired Beer starts with brewing a Lichtenhainer. Which is a smoked, soured, wheat, but now extinct, beer style from Germany. Post fermentation, we add pineapple and mezcal soaked oak. It’s tropical, juicy, and a little bit smoky.

16 MONTH AGED BRETT SAISON 

This Saison was aged for 16 months with Brettanomyces in Pinotage wine barrels from the Okanagan. Long complex notes of straw, wild flowers, apple, and subtle barrel flavours of vanilla, light clove, leather, with a long bright and fruity but dry crisp finish.

SALTED NANAIMO BAR STOUT

Aromas of coconut and cocoa and a hint of graham cracker. Flavours of chocolate, vanilla, custard, and coconut. Beautiful finish with a lingering coconut and creamy texture.
