OUR BEERS

KÖLSCH

Our Kölsch is made using an original technique that gives a smooth, clean lightly fruit beer with low hops. A lemon and biscuit bread flavour, with a creamy mouthfeel, and a dry lime zest finish. 

CZECH PILSNER

Our Czech-style Pilsner is a journey back in time, an homage to the original high quality, crisp and mouthwatering style. 

BLOCK 13 LAGER

Made with the same care and quality that we put into all of our beers, our house lager is crisp, clean, and goes down good and cold. 

CZECH DARK LAGER

Brimming with enough character to stand up to rich roasted foods, it still leaves you wanting a couple more! Creamy, smooth, and light bodied with a dark chocolaty finish. 

CLOUD BANK HAZY PALE ALE

This Kveik fermented pale is heavily hopped with three different citrus-laden hops, giving it intense aromas and flavours of lemon, blood orange juice, and a pineapple finish. 

CHOPPY WATERS HAZY IPA

An impenetrable depth of haze reveals the intense aroma and flavours of candied lemon, orange juice, and a long spicy tropical finish. 

OBERON'S ELIXIR

In Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream, Oberon, King of Fairies makes a love potion from the sap of a flower, making his wife fall in love with a donkey. This dark potion is carefully soured, fermented on blackberries, then steeped in the beautiful Pea Blossom flower, which is named after one of the fairies. This is a beer you can fall in love with.

DEVIL'S TOASTED NUTS

When the pilot batch for this nut brown ale was first created 10 years ago, a mistake resulted in a 6.66% ABV, thereby making it a double. And after being aged on toasted oak, the beer named itself. The Devil’s Toasted Nuts has been stealing souls ever since with its malty, nutty taste and long, smooth finish.

INTO THE TREES WEST COAST IPA

Just one step into the BC wilderness and your world is changed. The air is cooler, the sunlight dappled, and your breathing grows deeper, allowing your shoulders to drop. Like our mighty forests, this West Coast IPA is strong; it is brewed with patience, and it has an aroma that transports you into the woods.

BUMBLE CRUMBLE BUMBLEBERRY SOUR

There once was a man who would mumble, and stumble while brewing his bumble. He soured the beer, they all exclaimed cheers! He then added oats to make it a crumble. 
Brewed with blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.

BIÈRE DE GARDE

To celebrate our first anniversary, we brewed a beer that highlights the elegance and complexity of a historical style. Notes of raisins, candied orange peel and clove are balanced by the smooth, lagered, dry finish. 

OLD FASHIONED ALE 

WILDEYE X FIELD HOUSE COLLAB

We teamed up again with Field House Brewing to brew up something extra fun. Adopting a rarely used brewing method called a parti-gyle, we turned one mash into two different beers. The first beer is higher ABV and is our take on an Old Fashioned. We made an Old Ale, then added oak soaked in bourbon, orange peels, and a dash of bitters.  

SHIRLEY TEMPLE SOUR 

WILDEYE X FIELD HOUSE COLLAB

We teamed up again with Field House Brewing to brew up something extra fun. Adopting a rarely used brewing method called a parti-gyle, we turned one mash into two different beers. The second beer is lower ABV and is our take on an alcoholic Shirley Temple. We used our house sour culture, Lemon Drop hops, and re-fermented on pomegranate and cherry juice

MANGO PALE ALE

Limited Release! A traditional Kveik fermented tropical hazy, heavily hopped with three different citrus-laden hops, giving it intense aromas and flavours of lemon, blood orange juice, pineapple and loads of mango. 

FEEL IT IN MY PLUMS WILDEYE X NORTH POINT COLLAB 

In collaboration with our friends at North Point Brewing, we wanted to brew a fun sour for the colder months. This spiced plum sour is a blend of both breweries house made cultures to make a unique and delicious sour to keep you warm as the nights get colder. 

BELGIAN BLOND ROSÉ

Based on the popularity of one of our first releases, our Belgian Blond, we wanted to elevate the beer even further. The Belgian Blond Rosé is aged on Pinot Noir Skins from the Hatch Winery and then naturally carbonated. Still easy-drinking, pairs with everything, and more imaginary than ever!
