OUR BEERS

KÖLSCH

Our Kölsch is made using an original technique that gives a smooth, clean lightly fruit beer with low hops. A lemon and biscuit bread flavour, with a creamy mouthfeel, and a dry lime zest finish. 

CZECH PILSNER

Our Czech-style Pilsner is a journey back in time, an homage to the original high quality, crisp and mouthwatering style. 

BLOCK 13 LAGER

Made with the same care and quality that we put into all of our beers, our house lager is crisp, clean, and goes down good and cold. 

CZECH DARK LAGER

Brimming with enough character to stand up to rich roasted foods, it still leaves you wanting a couple more! Creamy, smooth, and light bodied with a dark chocolaty finish. 

BIÈRE DE GARDE

To celebrate our first anniversary, we brewed a beer that highlights the elegance and complexity of a historical style. Notes of raisins, candied orange peel and clove are balanced by the smooth, lagered, dry finish.

HAZY PALE ALE

Double hopped with Cashmere, Amarillo during fermentation. Topical flavours or bright orange peel, tangerine, kiwi.

EXPERIMENTAL SERIES
ZERO G'S BRUT IPA 

This Brut IPA is so light it's in orbit! It's bone dry, crisp, citrusy and tropical. Brewed with Mosaic, Amarillo, El-dorado hops.

BLACKBERRY MOJITO 
SOUR 

No need to meddle with a muddler here.

We've amalgamated a massive amount of mint, and mingled that with our kettle soured mash, after fermenting this mixture dry.

Then we moved the medley to merge with fresh blackberry, and lime...mmmm Mojito!

DEVILS TOASTED NUTS
DOUBLE NUT BROWN ALE  

When the pilot batch for this nut brown ale was first created 10 years ago, a mistake resulted in a 6.66% ABV, thereby making it a double. After being aged on toasted oak, the beer named itself. The Devils toasted Nuts has been stealing souls ever since with its malty, nutty taste, and long smooth finish. (Contains no nuts!)

CREAMSICLE 
PALE ALE 

What are you doing reading about this lactose free creamsicle beer?! Seriously, stop reading about all it’s juicy, creamy, vanilla goodness, and drink it. What, still reading? Oh, you probably want to know how it’s made without lactose, right? Well, we didn’t put lactose in it. We did add loads of flaked wheat and oats, with tropical hops, orange peel, and vanilla, but no lactose. For those of you still reading, here's some more words; Thick, creamy, tropical, vanilla. No lactose.

SMOKED PINEAPPLE MEZCAL SOUR

This Mexican Cocktail Inspired Beer starts with brewing a Lichtenhainer. Which is a smoked, soured, wheat, but now extinct, beer style from Germany. Post fermentation, we add pineapple and mezcal soaked oak. It’s tropical, juicy, and a little bit smoky.

16 MONTH AGED BRETT SAISON 

This Saison was aged for 16 months with Brettanomyces in Pinotage wine barrels from the Okanagan. Long complex notes of straw, wild flowers, apple, and subtle barrel flavours of vanilla, light clove, leather, with a long bright and fruity but dry crisp finish.
